In Whisker Survivors open Settings > Restore purchases (it is also in Shop > Store). Use the same Apple Account you bought with. This brings back the Ad-free pass and the starter pack.

Golden Fish packs are used up when you spend them, so Apple does not “restore” them. Your Fish balance is part of your save and comes back with iCloud (see the next question).

Progress syncs through iCloud. On every device, sign in with the same Apple Account and make sure iCloud is on (Settings > [your name] > iCloud). Then install the game and open it: after a short wait on the menu (usually 10–30 seconds, longer on a slow connection) your progress appears.

Game Center (Settings > Game Center) is used for leaderboards and achievements; it is not needed for saves.

• Check that you are signed in to iCloud with the Apple Account you played on, and that you have an internet connection.
• Open the game and wait on the menu for up to a minute, then close it fully and open it again. iCloud sometimes needs a moment, especially right after a reinstall.
• In Whisker Survivors, Settings shows whether progress is synced with iCloud (“iCloud off: saved on this device” means it is not).
• If you played without iCloud and deleted the game, the progress cannot be recovered: the games have no servers, so I never receive a copy of your save.

In the game open Settings > Ads privacy > Privacy choices. This reopens Google’s consent message, where you can change or withdraw your consent. The button appears where the consent rules apply (for example in the EU and UK).

Tracking permission is separate: iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Ads only play when you tap an “Ad” button, and you can always play without them. With Whisker Survivors’ Ad-free pass you get the rewards without any ads.

All purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple too. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose “Request a refund” and pick the purchase (Apple’s guide). I can’t refund purchases myself.

If Apple approves the refund, the game removes what was bought, as far as it has not been spent.

Sometimes there is simply no ad to show. Check your internet connection and try again a bit later. Ad blockers, VPNs or a network filter (such as Pi-hole) can also stop ads from loading.

1. Delete the game from your device: this removes the save on that device.
2. To remove the iCloud copy as well: Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage (on newer iOS: Manage Account Storage), choose the game if it is listed and delete its data. In Idle Crypt, Settings > Reset progress also erases the iCloud copy.
3. Game Center scores and achievements are kept by Apple: manage them in Settings > Game Center.
4. To delete emails you sent me, just ask.

The games are made for a general audience and suit players about 8 and up. For younger players: you can refuse ad consent in the consent message, turn off “Allow Apps to Request to Track”, and use Screen Time with Ask to Buy for purchases. See the Privacy Policy.
